Management Team
Company History
SACL Co., Ltd. was established to undertake the Nakhon Phanom Border Transport Center Project under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with the Department of Land Transport. The partnership spans a 30-year investment period. The project received Cabinet approval on February 21, 2023, and the official signing ceremony of the investment agreement took place on April 5, 2023.
The project aims to develop logistics infrastructure in Nakhon Phanom Province into a regional transport and logistics hub, connecting the strategic R12 economic corridor linking Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Southern China. It supports multimodal transport, including road, rail, and connections to seaports in neighboring countries, while also accommodating future modal shifts between transport modes.
SACL Co., Ltd. is committed to developing the center into a Consolidation and Distribution Center that offers a fully integrated One-Stop Service, covering both core infrastructure and supporting facilities. The project is designed to enhance operational efficiency for logistics operators and drive regional economic development.
